Here are a few comparisons:

Bread Crumbs: Value Center, $2.29
                        Aldi, .89
      Better Value: Aldi. Even if you have a .25 or .50 coupon & VC doubles, you still over pay by: .40-.90 cents.

Pasta Sauce: Value Center, $3.48
                    Aldi, .99
      Better Value: Aldi. Even if you have a .25 or .50 coupon & VC doubles, you still over pay by: $2.48-$2.98.

Gallon of Milk: Value Center, $2.99
                       Kroger, $2.99
                       Walgreens, $2.99
                       Costco, $2.39
                       7-11, $3.29
                       Aldi, $2.39
      Better Value: Costco & Aldi. The other stores, you over pay by: .60-.90 cents.

White Bread: Value Center, $1.29
                     Busch's, $2.49
                     Aldi, .99
      Better Value: Aldi. If you have a .25 or .50 coupon & VC/Busch's doubles, you still over pay by: .30-$1.50.

Canned Pineapple: Value Center, $1.58
                             Kroger, $1.59
                             Aldi, .89
      Better Value: Aldi. If you have a .25 or .50 coupon & VC/Kroger doubles, you'll over pay by: .69-.70 cents.

    WOW, I must say that our Weather has been inside out and loopy for a while. That's Michigan weather for you, sometimes we can depend on it and sometimes not.

    I do have most of all my receipts logged into my computer, so hopefully I can get to doing my comparisons for you from store to store. I do see a difference, as I'm working on logging the prices in. I am saving a lot by shopping at Aldi's and Save-A-Lot.
